Refund policy

At LCDland, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need your screen, we offer returns under the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and not installed

  • The screen is in original condition with no scratches, cracks, bends, or flex-cable damage

  • All protective films, labels, and packaging are intact


2. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (wrong item ordered, changed mind, etc.).


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


4. Important Inspection Window

Laptop screens are fragile. For your protection:

  • Open and inspect your item immediately upon arrival

  • Report any shipping damage within 48–72 hours

Carriers only accept damage claims for a short period.
Damage reported late will not qualify for a refund.


5. How to Start a Return

Email support@lcdland.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will provide you with return instructions and an RMA authorization.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
